Help with milk production BEFORE baby

I tried to breastfeed my two children with no success. I felt like I did everything that I could to make it work and it just didnt. The milk just didnt come in. Is there anything I can do while pregnant to help by body produce the milk it should?I heard about a pill you can take? Any help would be great!!
