Is it okay?

My breasts become sore and tender after pumping and breastfeeding my LO in one day. I put cream on them, etc. and it helps but still pretty sore.

So, while I let my boobs heal do you think it's okay for me to give my LO formula and breastmilk? Not mixed together, just breastfeeding her then giving her formula on her next feeding time?
I don't want to ruin her little tummy by switching so much.. but i'm too sore to breastfeed her all the time and I don't want her to go hungry
