Using frozen milk

My son is 9.5 months old.  I have been EP since he was a few days old.  My goal is to keep EPing until his 1st birthday.  So far, so good.  I usually pump more than he eats in a day, so I've been building up my freezer stash.  I try to use the frozen milk before it's 3 months old to keep it fresh.  Right now I have some milk that I froze in October.  I know milk changes as your baby grows to provide what they need, so I'm wondering if I should thaw the frozen milk from October and use that or just keep giving him fresh milk since it's more current.  Just trying to decide what's best for him.  If you EP - please let me know what you do!
