my son is 7 months old and has EBF the entire time. I am really starting to hate BFing. And I hate pumping more than that. I'm having to wake up in the middle of the night every night to pump because I'm going out of town in a few weeks, and I cry almost every night. I know that breast milk is the best for him and I feel that because I can do it, I should. I have no excuse for switching to formula other than I'm being selfish.

i'm not looking for snark or sass, just really hoping someone out there has been through this slump and has some encouraging words for me.
