Milk issues with C-Section

When i got home from the hospital 2 weeks ago, i had no issues with breastfeeding.  when i pumped, i saw that i pumped more than enough milk to feed 2 babies.  this week, i developed a fever and according to the doctor i saw, i have either an infection from my c-section or a virus and put me on antibiotics.  I noticed that before i went in to the doctor, that my baby was unbelievably fussy and attributed it to my having a fever and her being uncomfortable from my body heat.  of course, i found out later that it wasnt that at all, but that i went from over abundance of milk, to barely anything (maybe getting 3 oz from both breasts).  the doctor doesnt seem to be worried about this, but i'm really concerned.  i never had these issues with my first child, and i've been depressed and crying all day today.  has anyone heard of milk coming back after being sick, or is this really it?
