CS after VB

STM here. How many of you ladies have had a c section after delivering vaginally with a previous child?

Right now our baby girl is breech. Im trying everything I can at home and also seeing a chiropractor twice a week. My right round ligament is extremely tight and "knotty" and my back continuously gets mis aligned. Which is probably from me working 7 days a week in the medical field. But Im trying. 

I really enjoyed our experience in labor and delivery. I was induced with DS but everything went smoothly. I pushed for 15 minutes and he was out. My DH and I enjoyed the whole experience. Now Im extremely nervous Im going to end up with a CS and just wondering if any of you have had a similar experience and how the CS was compared to a VB?
