Breastfeeding

Pregnant w/Lupus flare, breastfeeding while doing treatment.

I am on sterioids right now at 27 weeks pregnant, thankfully just stopped my Lasix. Most likely we'll have a premie, hopefully not a really young preemie, but chances are high. Anyone have advice with milk supply while doing treatment for Lupus.
