XP: STM+ did all you LOs have MPI/MSPI?

My LO has MPI. A friend of mine has 2 kids, both with MSPI. She told me that her Dr. said that if one kid has it, all other kids will as well. Just wondering if this is true/your experience since we are planning on having another kid sometime.
