Do BF babies ever STTN?

My baby is 12 weeks old and I'm in no rush, other than the fact I go back to work on Wednesday and will be sleep deprived, but he only sleeps 4 to 5 hour stretches at night. Do BF babies ever sleep 8ish hours at a time? If so, when?
