almost to one year - thinking about stopping pumping

I have been blessed with a good supply and have made it to 11mo and I've accumulated a large stash.  I plan to start weening after she turns one in a month.  I work 12 hrs (gone closer to 14) 3 days/week.  Pumping is a big stress for me, so I'm thinking of stopping.  I know I have enough in the freezer to get through the next 5 weeks (and probably give a couple of months of 1/2 BM:1/2 WCM), but I'm wondiering if it will cause supply issues and I don't want to lose it too soon. 

 So I'm just wondering what other people think.  Will I still have enough milk during the day the other 4 days if I don't pump on my 3 work days?
