darker specks in BM poop...blood?

DS had 2 poop diapers today and both had brown specks in them...like the normal seediness, except the seedy parts were darker than the rest (brown instead of orangey/yellow). Trying to figure out if this is normal or if it could be dried blood. DS is acting the same, eating normally, normal amount of wet diapers, no fever. 

So what does blood in a BM poop look like?
