hard stomach?

So yesterday & today i've noticed that the top part of my stomach is super hard. like all the time.

is anyone else expierencing this? I'm not quite sure if it's normal or not. and it makes it hard to tell when i'm having a braxton hick or not. I could tell today when i was walking in the store bc of the pressure. but usually my stomach isn't hard.

i feel like i can't lean forward anymore bc my bra digs into my belly bc it's so hard. it was hard to eat lunch today.
