Several pumping questions.

I'm having my baby in 2 weeks and I have several questions about pumping. Do I start pumping right away or wait? I'm thinking that if ds doesn't empty me I should pump what is left in order to build a stock. Is that a good plan? Also, what is the best method for milk storage? We have a deep freeze so do I use bags or bottles? Which brand is best? Sorry for bombarding you all with questions. I'm really excited to breastfeed! I didn't get to breastfeed dd past the first few days due to medical complications so this is brand new to me. TIA.
