Anyone have lightheadedness in the 3rd tri?

I've been having bouts of this for the last few weeks. Sometimes it comes with hot flashes. I asked my doctor and he said it's just from my body trying to keep up with the growing baby, etc. The feeling generally passes but gets me very upset. Tonight I keep having lightheadedness, more than normal. I don't know if I should call the doctor because I was just there yesterday and he told me that it was "normal".

Looking for some reassurance! I'm a worrier...
