Am I preparing for labor?

I hear that as your due date approaches, expecting mothers begin to "nest" in which they clean, organize and get everything ready. Well, I'm not quite there yet, but I am watching ungodly amounts of vaginal birth videos and don't know why. I'm only 29 weeks pregnant so still have a while yet before my due date, but it just feels like "I MUST" watch them....like its not a choice...but it is.. Do you know what I mean? It's like a maternal instinct or something; much like I assume they mean in regards to "nesting." Anyone else experience this?
