Sandpaper on the nips! Recommend your nursing pads

Hello ladies,

I'm needing some good reusable nursing pads that don't rip the nips, so to speak. I've got some awful playtex ones now that are just hell. The disposable Lasinohs suck too. Can anyone recommend something silky soft and not too bulky? TIA
