Make ahead meals

I know this has probably been posted before but I can not find it. Anyone making meals ahead of time to throw in the freezer, to have on hand that are easy for DH to make, I am wanting to use my crock pot a lot (its easy for him lol) any suggestions will help. I know I am going to make chili and have a bag of stir fry on hand but after that I am drawing a blank.
