Still have the flu - Q about Robitussin DM/CF and Z-Pack

I had a flu test come back positive last week and I am on day 11 since my symptoms started. I am feeling miserable and finally decided to try some meds recommended by my OB. I was really trying to get through this without anything other than Tylenol, but after 11 days, Im at my wits end.

She said just to make sure I dont have a secondary infection I should take a 3 day (zpack?) Azithromycin 500 mg and I could also take some Robitussin cold or Tylenol cold medication. I went and picked up 2 kinds of Robitussin. DM and CF

DM has the cough medicine, but it also has the expectorant (guaifenesin)

CF has those two, plus a nasal decongestant ( phenylephrine)

She said either were fine to take for a couple days, but the internet seems to have different opinions. I guess the decongestant is a class "C"? What have all your doctors told you guys? I trust my doctor, Im just really nervous about it. The z-pack im taking no matter what, I just took the first pill. My main complaint is my cough and stuffy nose, so I really want to take the CF.... But not if its dangerous for the baby
