Ameda purely yours users? Tube questions

So I am EPing at the moment until we solve some post tongue tie procedure issues. Thank goodness for the Ameda Purely Yours! I know it is a closed system so I wash everything but the tubing. However the tubing has some water in it whih when it is on the water sort of gets blown back and forth. Wahat do you do about this? Can I still use the milk I pump even with water in the tubes? My gut says yes because the diaphragm piece, as they call it, catches the water. What do you do? Am I supposed to wash the tubes eventually?
