Going back to work soon - questions about frozen milk and pumping

So I go back to work on January 9th and plan on using my frozen milk to feed my LO while she stays with my mom and freeze what I pump at work. I know I can keep the bags I have frozen in the frig to thaw and I plan on giving about 20 ounces to my mom. My question is about the bottles and pumping. How many do I give her? Two so she can clean one and let it dry and just use the other one? Also do I give her the milk in the bags and just let her dump them in the bottles? Also with me pumping at work, how do I make sure the parts I use are clean? I mean I can rinse them out in the bathroom, but then I have to wait for them to dry. I dont think they will dry in time. Any suggestions? I plan on storing the milk in the case that my breastpump came with. The ice pack in there though, does that need to be in the freezer every night in order to use? Thanks.
