How sore are you after a day on your feet?

Yesterday DH and I took down the tree and all the decorations. Then we cleaned the entire downstairs of the house. I did the hardwoods, which was exhausting. All in all, I was probably working non stop on my feet for about 5 hours straight. I crashed lastnight and when I woke up today everything hurts! I'm so sore!

Anyone else get like this when you "overdo" it?
