Completion coupon

When I started my registry at Buy Buy baby, the girl told me that the completion coupon would be 20 percent. I received it in the mail, and it was 15. Has anyone received one for twenty or did I just get the newbie at the store that did not know what she was talking about? I am just wondering if I should ask them about it or just use the Bed bath and beyond coupons for the things I can.
