Labor pains?

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and the last 2 days I have been having very painful and exhausting contractions that come every hour but never sooner. I was having Braxton hicks but this is a lot more intense and today started a large mucusy discharge it was a little pink I called my dr but I wonder if I should just be going into the hospital
