Asking for a little insight...

Hi all! DH and I have been ttc for about 15 months.  I have pros and DH had a varicocele which he just recently had surgery on in November. Anyway my question is to see if anyone out there had any success following varicocele repair and what methods were used to help get you pregnant? I am waiting for DH to have another SA and my guess is we will be discussing options with our doctor after that. Thanks in advance!
