encouragement about baby's size please

I've posted a couple times about my baby's size over these last few weeks. Little one was measuring 10lb11oz yesterday. Anyone had a size measurement WAAAY off?? (I have had many scans by 3 different techs, so I feel like they may be right) I am hoping the 2 lb rule is 2 lbs less for me and even that is a big baby. I am pretty sure I am going to go ahead with an induction on Thursday night/ Friday, and am very worried. I had a nightmare last night about several doctors needing to stitch me up.

On the flip side- any encouraging stories about 10lb plus babies being delivered vaginally? I was also hoping for med free...
