Am I in labor???

I'm 39 weeks as of 1/2 an hour ago .... I've been having contractions since about 7:30pm (it's now 12:30am) - not painful, though sometimes a bit uncomfortable. They have slowly been getting closer together, but they aren't particularly regular. I can have them as close as 5 minutes and then as far apart as 15. I just had one and got up and walked to see if it would go away and it made it a bit more intense - felt actually a little painful when I did that. I'm also feeling a lot of pressure against my bladder and cervix areas - especially when I get up to walk. 

Am I in labor?? Should I call my Dr? I feel bad calling so late at night!
