LO will NOT sleep!

My parents are in town for the holidays and LO just will not sleep! All day she wouldn't nap more than 15 minutes at a time. She won't nurse well. And tonight she won't go to bed. She's only 4.5 months, but I think she's distracted about the grandparents and overstimulated and can't sleep. Anyone got any tips? We're already doing the 5 S's, and trying to nurse her to sleep but nothing lasts more than 15 minutes.
