Cold Help
I'm sorry if this has been covered... I don't keep up on this board as often and might have missed a similar post.
I have a sore throat and stuffy/runny nose. I've been using a humidifier and also taking ibuprofen. I've done some salt gurgles and drinking loss of fluids. I am getting very little relief. I wanted to avoid medicine and checked Kellymom, but wanted to get input from current breastfeeding moms who have gone through the same symptoms. What I'd the best OTC meds to take while breastfeeding for colds? My LO is almost 11 weeks old if that matters.
