The Pacifier Debate

Since I wrote the post about how the 3 week growth spurt is taking me down...

 

My MIL suggested trying the pacifier.  We do have a few that we got before LO was born, but we haven't used them yet.  I know the recommendation is to wait until she's 4 weeks old, but...

How many of you have LO's that use a paci?

When did you introduce it?

If you introduced it before they were 4 weeks old, did you think it had any negative effects on BFing?

 

I know the point of the growth spurt is for her to help me increase my supply, and I'm not convinced that I will use one... but it's in the back of my mind.
