Weight gain question...

I always worry about E's weight bc she's just a tiny little thing. I need a little reassurance. She was 12 lbs even at her last appt on Nov. 27. She has gained 10 oz. as of today, 3 weeks and 2 days later. Is this in the normal range? She got bronchitis at thanksgiving and her cough just came back so she's been sick during this time too. Oh, and she's 4 and a half months. TIA!
