Lansinoh Pump

(I had posted about my pumping issues a few days ago, didn't realize this board is so active so I can't find my old post, hope you ladies don't mind )

 

I had been using an Evenflo single pump and I just got ahold of a friends old Lansinoh Dual Electric pump (using my own tubing from the hospital's Ameda). 

But I'm not pumping out any more than I was with the evenflo. I thought changing pumps would help with output (and pain!) but I'm still struggling to get 2oz between ea breast. (1.5 from power-lefty, and barely .5oz from wimpy righty). Trying to drink more...pumping more.....pep-talking to the girls...

Does him being a preemie have something to do with me not pumping as much?  

Bean's eating is pushing 3.5oz.. I can't keep up with him. And it appears I have a blister on my left nip = pumping owie. 

I have an OB appt next week. Do I talk to him about it? My fam doc? How/where do I even begin to find a LC? Sorry, noob questions.
