Pumping in the field

Since I went back to work in June I've been pumping 3x a day, every 2 to 3 hrs. I only work Mon through Wed and I generally don't pump on my days off. Now I am starting to do more field work and am having to pump in the car. It's really awkward when I'm in close quarters with my coworkers trying to stay covered up and I think the battery pack is not as strong as it should be. So I haven't been getting a great output on field days. I have almost no stash since I've been cutting things out of my diet trying to figure out what DS has been reacting to, so it's stressful when I don't pump enough for DC the next day. And the last couple days were really busy at work so I only got 2 pumping sessions in. I'm mainly worried that all this is going to affect my supply. DS nurses often when we're together so I'm hoping that will help. Any suggestions? I'm so stressed right now...
