Can I stop pumping in the am?

My LO is 3 months old and has been STTN for the last two months. I am very full on both sides when I wake up in the morning. I've always fed him on one side, then pumped the other. I would like to stop pumping the second side, but it would then be incredibly full by the time LO is ready to eat for the second time. If I stop pumping, will my supply adjust? The situation is complicated by the fact that I work three days per week, and leave the house before LO is up, so i dont feed him those mornings. On those days, I pump both sides before I leave the house. How do I get my supply to adjust so that I can stop pumping the second side on the mornings I am home?
