Moving due date???

Cousin of mine was given a due date of Jan 30 based on her LMP and 12 wk u/s, but now they have moved it to Feb 6 (week later) bc of her anatomy scan which was done at 22 wks...

While it makes me feel better that it was moved backwards instead of forwards, isn't the LMP and first u/s the most accurate way of determining due dates???? Am I the only one who might side-eye this?
