Green poop

Dd almost 4 weeks old has green poop. I noticed it turning green yesterday, now today it's green with pieces in it that look like chewed up peas. I'm trying to figure out why it's changed. Obvious reason would be too much foremilkwhen I pumpthe bottle has about a half oz of thin/clear milk, then 5oz of the white milk then just a tiny amount of the super thick stuff on top. Does that sound normal?
