Sick Again

Ugh between DH and my work I am sick again. This time with more cold symptoms then fever and chills. I know I should call my OB but they listed Tylenol Cough and Sinus on the med sheet as safe, do you think Tylenol Cold Multi Symptom is ok? They told me I could take the Tylenol Congestion before. I hate calling everytime over a medicine, but I need something to kick this before the Holidays.
