Edgepark? Any experience

I have seen edgepark recomended a few times on this board, and this is one of the companies that my insurance approves to get a breast pump covered.  I am wondering if anyone has experience with this company?  If so, where they helpful/knowledgable in helping you pick out a pump or did you pick it out yourself.  I'm a little worried that I can't really see reivews for pumps.  The descriptions online aren't really the best either.  If you have ordered through them, which pump did you get? How do you like it?
