Decreased supply and letdown while sick.

I have been breastfeeding my DD for 7 months now. I have been lucky and always had more than enough milk for her. I have been sick with a fever and sinus infection now for 4 days and my supply is WAY low and I am having difficulty getting a letdown. I am just worried sick that I am losing my supply. I really want to make it to at least a year. Is it common for this to happen when a nursing mom is sick? How long will it take to bring my supply back up?
