I am not asking if it is safe, I know in a healthy pregnancy it is fine. I am more asking for any tips you have acquired? Ways to still get rest, easy snacks to keep on hand? Any certain nutrients you found yourself really in need of? Any foods you avoided? Any thing that could help. I cannot eat dairy so if you have snack ideas for dairy free that would be great too.
Also what tips for the first couple weeks home with baby?
