Pumping question

My LO is almost five weeks (this Saturday) and I want to start introducing a bottle for trips to the mall - my husband has a work function coming up etc. I don't want to give him a bottle every day, just when I need to. I just pumped a good 3 oz in 10 minutes so that is no issue I am just wondering:

 

if I pump on random days will that affect my supply? Like maybe three days in a row in anticipation of a certain event?And 

if I'm out with LO and he takes a bottle or two  what happens to my supply while he's not eating from me? Should I go home and feed him/pump to make up for it? 

 

ive been so lucky that my supply and his latch have been easy I don't want to mess it up!  Thanks
