Toss or keep?

So last night the babies slept from 8 til 7:30am! (Probably a fluke from having their shots that day, but still!)  Anyway, I pumped for about 3 minutes in the am just to releave myself a bit. The milk is really liquid with almost no fat that rose to the top, I'm guessing b/c its all foremilk.  I got about 4 oz, but is it any good for a feeding since there's no hind milk?
