Pumping is painful

I have had issues since day one pumping.  This was not the case with DS...I pumped all the time and if I had to EP then it would have been a breeze! 

I was even diagnosed with thrush b/c my breast were so painful...after two weeks of no sugar, diflucan, no pain and no pumping I pumped and had horrible pain within 12 hours...

I took my pump to get checked and it turns out it was seriously defective and not pumping consistently.  I have an Ameda Purely Yours Ultra and they were great and overnighted me a new one...which works really great compared to old one but I'm still having pain after I pump.  I've also switched to the hand pump and it's still painful.  I am not having these issues when I don't pump so it leads me to believe it's pumping.  I'm going to have my pump retested but I don't think that is the problem.
