Researching / inverted nipples..

So I'm still pregnant and I know I definitely want to breast feed. So I was watching a video about it the other night just to learn. And it had an example if you squeezed the breast about an inch on the sides of the nipple. If it goes in, that means it's inverted right?

Is this just because it's tight there? Will it loosen up on it's own throughout pregnancy or is it something I should be concerned about?

If I don't squeeze, my nipples look normal, not inverted or flat.
