Suggestions for a plugged duct

Hi! I'm going on 2 weeks breastfeeding and having little to no issues at this point. My milk came in around day 4 and I got a bit engorged but was able to nurse and hand express to get back to my new normal. Ever since the slight engorgement, I have has a sore lump in my right breast. I've looked on kellymom and other places but all I see says heat, massage, and nurse often on that side. I'm doing that! I have almost neglected the left side to where I have to hand pump because it gets really full. It's still not going away. Any suggestions?? TIA!!
