nausea?

I've read that it's not uncommon for women to get nausea during the last trimester.  I'm one of the lucky ones that barely had it both pregnancies first trimester, and certainly not the last trimester.  

Are you having it now?  Suggestions?  Or same as nausea in first trimester?  My appt is with OBGYN this Friday, and I'm debating asking about Zofran.
