Ultrasound question

Good evening all...so I have a question. I am in the last 10 wks of pregnancy and when I asked my midwife when my next ultrasound would be, she said that I would not be having one unless they felt there was a problem with the baby. That just doesn't sit well with me. My last ultrasound was a fetal echo but that was more to look closely at the heart due to prior issues and that was in October. Shouldn't they do at least one more to make sure the weight is ok, the baby is in the right position and all the other final checks? Is it just me or am I expecting too much...
