No colostrum?

Baby boy was born via C section yesterday at approx 3:15 pm, and was MediFlighted to a NICU in another city after delivery. L&D nurses came in about 7pm and taught me how to use breast pump and I pumped for the first time at that time. I pumped again at 9 and 11 and 3, and have pumped every 2-3 hours since 7 am this morning. The only colostrum I've seen was, literally, one small drop last night at the 9 pm pumping. I'm starting to become concerned that I won't be able to produce colostrum, or milk. I'm being discharged tomorrow to go be with baby boy and want to be able to feed him breast milk. Any words of encouragement or advice?
