XP gassy every evening

My poor little man... I don't know what to do for him.  He's 8.5 weeks old and absolutely miserable.

For the last 3 or 4 evenings my DS has been screaming as he tries to work out gas. Little Tummies drops work a little bit, but they don't prevent the gas from hitting in the first place...

I can't figure out what I am eating that is causing this (he's purely EBF).  I was taking Fenugreek for supply issues, but stopped it over two weeks ago because it was giving DS horrible gas.  It couldn't be that still lingering, could it?

Is anyone else experiencing this?  Any wisdom?
