Anti-Depressants & Breast Feeding

Hello Everyone!

I'm new to The Bump website, but thought what better place to seek some breast feeding answers!

I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant & am trying to figure out if I will be able to breast feed when my little one arrives. For years I have taken an anti-depressant (Zoloft also known as Sertraline) & have continued doing so throughout my pregnancy. Does anyone know if new mom's can still breast feed while taking such medication?

I'd greatly appreciate any insight!
