Working pumping mamas

Random q. I know I am blessed to pump 15-18 ounces during my three pumps at work and one in the morning. However, six. sIX other pumping mothers that use our room, get at least six ounces during their first pump.  I only get 6-8 during my early AM pump at the house at 3-5 am.  I've talked to all of them and they all seem to consistently get at least three ounces out of each side.   I get the most in early AM. When I get to work, on a GREaT day ill get five combined, then it goes down from there.  I have never gotten more than 9-12 ounces at work. EVER.  Is anyone else the same way. Are my six pumping pals not the norm?
